Common Questions & Quick Solutions

Step-by-step guidance for resolving common issues, notification sounds, and browser permissions.

Check the following steps:

•Ensure the Tampermonkey extension is enabled in your browser (its icon should be visible in your browser toolbar).

•Click the Tampermonkey icon and verify that the switch next to 'Stealer' is enabled (green).

•If you use ad-blocking extensions (such as uBlock Origin or AdBlock), add Zalando Lounge to your trusted sites list and reload the page.

Web browsers often mute audio by default on visited websites:

•On the Zalando Lounge website, click the site settings icon (padlock or sliders on the left side of the web address).

•Find 'Sound' and change its setting to 'Allow'.

•Also enable 'Notifications' so you receive alerts even when viewing other browser tabs.

If the panel reports an issue with your license key:

•Ensure no accidental leading or trailing spaces were included when pasting your key.

•Check that your internet connection is active and click the retry button.

•Log into your user dashboard to confirm that your subscription period is active.

During high-traffic sales events, Zalando Lounge servers may experience heavy load:

•Stealer automatically detects store slowdowns and briefly spaces out availability checks to keep your account safe.

•Simply keep the product tab open – the extension will resume its normal pace as soon as the store responds smoothly.

•Your extension version (found at the bottom of the Stealer side panel, e.g. v1.1.0).

•Which browser you are using (e.g. Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera).

•A brief description of the issue or a screenshot showing the problem.
